[blog] A vida sem Internet
Devido a obras em casa, e ao facto de não me compensar adquirir um solução de Internet móvel, fiquei um período relativamente longo offline.
Foram cerca de 3 meses e meio sem me poder ligar através do meu computador. É certo que pude vir à net através de outros computadores, mas nunca é a mesma coisa. Simplesmente porque todo o meu material de desenvolvimento e produção de sites (documentos e software) não estão em computadores públicos, nem facilmente transportáveis para computadores de outras pessoas.
E como se pode “sobreviver” sem net?
Sem querer passar a ideia de viciado ou dependente, posso responder que custa um pouco. Mas, por outro acabamos por aproveitar e descansar um pouco.
E foi isso que fiz: aproveitei o tempo disponível.
Depois de uns dias de descanso da programação, do webdesign e afins, resolvi meter mãos à obra. Li vários livros de programação, de webdesign, de Flash, etc. Revi conceitos, consolidei bases e aprendi novas coisas.
Embora tenha ficado demasiado tempo afastado dos meus projectos, – o que foi, como já tive o desprazer de me aperceber muito prejudicial para eles – consegui aprender bastante e recarreguei baterias para desafios presentes e futuros.
Agora há que voltar a limpar a casa.
Repensar tudo de novo.
Voltar a planear e, como se diz na gíria do Futebol, correr atrás do prejuízo.
